Sage Vision provides technical support and troubleshooting if a device is not working properly.
Device Eligibility
- Device must be purchased from Sage Vision directly
- Product Serial Number Required
- Highest Priority benefit given to Sage Vision Customers with No Fuss+ protection
Used or Donated Devices Tech Service & Support Policy
- A Manufacturer’s Warranty does NOT follow used or donated devices. Even if the life of the device is within the Manufacturer’s Warranty period, once the device changes ownership the warranty terms are not transferable.
- We believe every assistive technology device should be actively used by someone who needs it! We salute recycling, sharing, repurposing and in-kind donation.
- Currently, our business model does not include used equipment or facilitating referrals.
- We do not offer a buy back, discounting, referrals, or reselling programs.
